At KasaDesign, our goal is to assist YOU in obtaining the most value on your upcoming listing. We collaborate with realtors and homeowners providing recommendations on de-personalizing, de-cluttering and aesthetic improvements to give your home the “look” it deserves before hitting the market.

Room by room we review tasks that need to be accomplished for each area of your home.. We are happy to share our vendor lists with our client’s to assist with all the “to do’s” as we work towards listing day.
Our staging consultation is Up to a 45 minute consultation. You will receive a staging report with a room by room list, keeping it simple for you to get started before staging day.
We will provide a staging fee so there are no surprises!
• A $50 surcharge for locations outside of Halton
Our mission is to simplify the complexities of this entire process so that you can focus on the desired end result. We will also take the time to understand your selling needs and style preferences to ensure the completed space is both beautiful and functional.

FLUFF, delivery and pick-up.
The KasaDesign team will add bedding and throws, pillow and plants, lamps, fresh towels and more to your space. We will work with your existing furnishings adding our stylish accents/ “fluff” to your home. This one-trip fluff is an excellent option to add the flare for listing photography, buyer appointments and open houses.
Your home will stand-out from others on the market as we create a space that is inviting, warm and welcoming.
Potential buyers will not want to leave.
Recurring rent is reasonable and will be included on your estimate.

Do your lights need updating before listing? Too much on your plate let us help you with a carpet replacement, paint recommendations and more.
KasaDesign will ensure lights and other products are sourced and delivered right to your door. We can select and coordinate your carpet replacement and help with colour recommendations and painter referrals. KasaDesign has you covered.
